Will you please share the tapenade recipe? I have access to eggplant every year and would love try a new way to eat it. Just had leftover eggplant parmesan for lunch (yum).

Those are beautiful. Nothing beats home grown.
Their color is really beautiful and you show it off so well in the white bowl. Not my favorite veggie to eat, but a very pretty one to look at.
