Goodness, you are busy! When I planted my mint, I had my dad cut the bottom out of a five gallon bucket, buried it, and planted mint in them. It worked great until my bucket cracked. I'm guessing you wouldn't have as much problem with that since yours wouldn't be freezing every winter. Now I'm trying to pretend I don't have apple mint taking over the entire herb garden.
Wow, you are doing great! I love your orchard. I would love to have one instead of a tree here and a tree there. Your figs looks great (figs grow like weeds here).I, too, need to get my mint planted. Just trying to figure out where.
I bow down to you Queen Gardner. Wow that's alot. I'm impressed really. My hubby has the green thumb not me. Now that renovations are over maybe next year we'll have a garden. He's picked the location. That's a start. ;o)
